    4. Develop an Information Hub to provide support, training, actionable tools, and resources for front-line workers.

    Grant Goals: 1. Ensure an active and engaged Elder Justice Partnership in Maine to support a multidisciplinary response to elder abuse

    2. Advance implementation of Maine’s Elder Justice Roadmap’s recommendations in the areas of direct victim services, public and professional education, public policy, and data collection and evaluation.

    3. Promote equitable access to elder justice resources and supports that allow all older Mainers to live free from abuse, or exploitation.

    Texas Elder Justice Coalition

    Grant Goals:
    1. Form the Texas Elder Justice Coalition to aid in collaboration, knowledge sharing, and coordinated efforts to address elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation comprehensively.
    2. Development of a Statewide Strategic Plan: Our primary goal is to create a robust, data-driven statewide strategic plan. This plan will encompass clear objectives, priorities, action plans, and measurable indicators.
    3. Statewide Elder Justice Training Event: To set this strategic plan into motion, we will schedule and host a significant statewide training event. This event will bring together professionals, advocates, and experts in the field of elder justice to collaborate, learn, and share their experiences.

    TRIBAL COALITION

    The Web

    Grant Goals:

    1. Create a new tribal elder justice coalition called - The Web - where all tribes can join to collectively advance the field of Indigenous Elder Justice.
    2. Host a resource center to make available materials, models, and approaches that work in Indian country.
    3. Educate and train on elder justice issues - to learn about the status in Indian country, examine tribal codes and related legislation, identify service needs, share examples of best practices, enhance skills and knowledge among caregivers and allied professionals, and determine priority areas based on measurable indicators and outcomes.

    WISCONSIN

    Wisconsin Elder Justice Coalition

    Grant Goal:
    1. Expand the current Coordinated Community Response Team on Abuse in Later Life into a permanent Elder Justice Coalition
    2. Develop and create the Wisconsin FAST Team in each of the five APS regions
    3. Develop and conduct a needs assessment of professional in various fields to determine their educational needs related to elder justice. Create educational materials and training identified in the needs assessment and offer training throughout the state
    4. Create and provide education about elder justice issues for the Wisconsin State Legislature and local county and municipal boards to support system change.
