Cost & Reimbursement Details

The Center reserved a block of rooms and will be covering the cost of the hotel room. Reservation emails will be sent to you via the Center. Reservations will be made for arriving on April 1 and departing on April 3. Please notify Center staff if you need any additional accommodations or information.
Any incidentals will not be reimbursed. -
The Center will reimburse for transportation.
If flying, please submit copy of the receipt. Economy class and checked bags are reimbursable.
If driving, mileage will be reimbursed at government rate of .70 per mile. Please provide beginning and ending address with a signature for reimbursement. -
The per diem rate is $60 for travel days and $80 full days. The hotel provides breakfast and therefore subtracted from the per diem rate. Total reimbursable rate per person is based on arrival on April 1 and departure on April 3 is $160.
Alcohol is not reimbursable -
Local transportation - use of an Uber or taxi between airport and hotel is allowable. Please submit receipt.
Airport parking - if paying a fee, it is reimbursable with a copy of the receipt.
